....Farangs cheating farangs. And a VERY real problem that Thai authorities nearly always ignore.
Whether an 'investment' in a 'guaranteed, sure-thing' (many times night-life related) or buying pre-construction
property, these con artists abound--especially in Pattaya.
Maybe they're from your country, are likeable, and create the appearance of being particularly 'respectable,
well-connected, and educated.'
Unfortunately, though, your perception can be costly.
So, as I've advised here and here consider CAREFULLY before
putting substantial sums into the Kingdom.
No matter how attractive the proposition sounds.
